    -Hybrids are seen as pets and nothing else-
    So, Jeongguk is treated like a breeding pet. He is nothing else to the facility. It's rare when he isn't pregnant. Ever since he reached maturity he was bred and started having litters. A few failed or the breeding didn't work and it breaks his heart going through this. But no one cares because he's just a "pet" to them. And that's useless to them.
    But Jeongguk gets to keep her- thank god.
