They live in a high standard two story home in a high class neighborhood.
Laura faced challenges growing up when it comes to making friends since she was always the cute, innocent, Wierd nerd gal that nobody wanted to talk to. The only friend she has is Tasha, they met at kindergarten after Laura bumped into her in the sand pit during recess and they've been friends since then. They are complete opposites but well, you know what they SAY "OPPOSITES ATTRACT"(you'll find out more about her personality and her life all throughout the book)
Her neighbor, Christopher is the white Italian guy she has been crushing on since she could talk. When she supposedly started with middle school he got a scholarship to go study Medicine at an overseas boarding school so she never got a chance to tell him. (More juicy deeds about him in the book)
She forgets about him to focus on other things but that all changes when he comes back from Germany and they unexpectedly bump into each other
