This story is about the Glacierites, one of the last 3 remaining dragon tribes. When a young dragon kit shows up outside of their walls, they take it in even when they later realize that the kit definitely is not from their tribe. With the queen recently passing, the princess, whom everyone calls "The Mother", is left in charge.
