Jake wakes one morning to find a new neighbor moving into the old abandoned house next door. The mysterious new guy who inhabits that home is somewhat unusual; always being up at all hours of the night and just overall very strange.
Over time, Jake and the weird guy next door begin to bond more than either of them ever expected. He begins to sneak behind his father's back in order to hang out with the interesting new guy.
Can it turn into more than what Jake signed up for?
