Blair Rutherford was anything except your typical teenage girl. Of course she attended parties, high school, and even dances. However, behind her doe eyes and dashing smile hid sinister motives. The "family business" was far from playful, unless you considered hunting people down like animals a hobby. Packing up and moving to a new town she runs from the destruction she left in her wake. And begins with a clean slate. But a week into attending Wayward high she meets the school's group of leather jackets. The five boys roaming the halls with eyes filled with promises of chaos. With a need to satisfy her thirst for vengeance she runs into the boys often and ironically they are the key to helping each other get what they want. One red and five black leather jackets. And there's only room for five leather heads. But to get what they both want, it doesn't matter how much room there is or how much it takes. After all, do whatever it takes.

She looks up at me, taking a step forward and smiling slightly, "How can I ever get hurt when I have you here to protect me?" "But you could have gotten hurt," I murmur softly, hanging my head and feeling my shoulders drop, the tension seeping from my body. "No. Stop," She cuts me off sternly but tenderly, "Don't talk like that, Reece. I'm okay, you're okay, we're okay," She speaks softly, reaching her hand up to gently brush her thumb over my cheek, just under the cut that's there. "We're okay," I repeat, taking a small step closer to her. She nods with a small smile, moving her hand down from my cheek and instead placing the palm of her hand on my chest, right over my heart. I know she can feel how fast my heart is beating. I just don't know why it's doing that. ~ Reece Carter is the bad boy of Northwood High. He smokes and he fights.
