The International Field Hockey Recruiting Intensive program seemed like the perfect opportunity for Lennon Spencer to showcase her athletic skills and entice Ivy League coaches to select her for the athletic scholarship she had been preparing for since she first picked up a stick. 'Len' expected to avoid the obvious distractions that come along with a semester spent parentless at a boarding school; partying, boys, and breaking the rules. But when she meets Drew Briggs, he becomes more of a nuisance to her 'game' than a romantic interest. Drew's notorious for his sarcastic, charming and playboy nature around campus; which Lennon learns the hard way.

During their time spent at the IFHRI, Lennon and Drew compete, fight and poke fun at each other every chance they get. But when situations change, the two are forced to work together; the success of their collegiate future depending on it.
