From a young age, (Y/N) knew where her life was going and how it was all going to play out, but once a heart condition riddles her plans completely obsolete she's forced to start over. In an effort to distance herself from the tiny inconveniences that plague her mind, larger conflicts arise. Will her heart take her where she needs to go, or will her heart be the very thing stopping her in her tracks? Her friends are there to accompany her through the struggles, but will the affection she gives them and her newfound love for one of the said friends be worth it in the end, or will it all be in vain?
