Rex Nemora is an Earthling. He grew up fascinated with the Lifator Coalition, the alliance between several alien spieces in the Milky Way galaxy. The Coalition brought together the greatest technology and Intel the galaxy has ever know and combined it into even greater things, thrusting the Earthlings into an age of advancement and prosperity. Of course, there will always be the outlaws, and the Klept force, founded by the Kleptarian people, are a elite force of a collaboration of aliens from all across the galaxy to protect the innocent people from the criminals who would do it harm.
Unfortunately, Rex signed up for Klept force training right as Dolterian Lord Zypher rises. 
Once in the school, a slight hand slip led Zypher to find the Klept base, and steal the core. The headmaster sends Rex and his childhood friend, Io, and top student Cally, to go retrieve it.
