Blackout, Bird and many more odd teenagers with incredibly odd powers find that their once controllable powers are now reckless. No one can control anything, everything is spiraling down into madness.
And as things could get worse, a portal gets ripped open from the underworld and creatures take over the city.
Buildings have been destroyed, everything is just on fire, literally.
There are only a few ways to stop this madness, and a few people volunteered to help.
