The Avengers, the Earths mightiest heros try to recruit a unknown vigilante codenamed Spiderman, what they didn't expect was a refusal. Now that he didn't join Fury orders them to capture him. What will try do if they can't catch him?
Peter Parker is dead. A fire at Midtown killed him. Or at least thats what he wants you to think. In reality after his last living relative died of cancer, he faked his death and is now living in the abandoned part of the school.
Spiderman is getting more attention from the media because he's out more often saving others. Of course its not all good attention. There will always be people who think he's a menace or just doing it for the attention. What he didn't expect is to get the Avengers attention. How will he deal with the 'worlds mightiest superheroes' chasing after him? Oh yea, and the fact that he's Peter Parker, the supposedly dead orphan?

A Fresh Start
Peter Parker's life has always been strange, from the murder of his parents to spider bite that turned him from an average kid into Spiderman, his life has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs. At last, Peter thinks his life has finally leveled out for his last year of highschool. That is, until he comes home to find his last living relative dead on the ground. Caught between grief and rage, Spiderman makes it his mission to figure out what happened and hunt down whoever is responsible. Peter Parker on the other hand gets stuck in an emergency shelter. Then, one afternoon, his world took a turn for the better. A strange group of people came in. A man dressed in a sharp suit struck up a conversation with him. That was how Peter ended up getting adopted by Tony Stark and Steve Rogers. That was also how he met the masked man whom he befriended. Peter had gotten good at keeping secrets, but was he going to be able to fool the Avengers themselves? Would he be able to hunt down his aunt's possible murderer? Once you find out who was associated with her death, you can't believe it. How can someone so close to you be apart of it? As you're attending Midtown High, you get a text message from your dad informing you that he'll probably need your help. No matter how much he doesn't want to, he doesn't want to risk losing you if you stayed in Tony's plain sight. The only people to know of your abilities are as follows: Steve, Clint, Bucky, Wanda, Sam and Scott. Now Natasha is aware because she soon figures it out but never tells anyone. Especially Tony. A battle is to take place due to the Sokovia Accords and you're sided with your father of course because your fighting for what you believe is right. Will you get caught and locked up? Will you confront the person who was associated with your mother's death and ask them why they did what they did? Will you meet this 'Spider-Man?' Or will you find out during school? When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression.
