Plot:


A secret labortary lays under Okinawa towards the end of World War 2 . Two remment factions, the Fourth Reich (lead by Hans Von Heinkels) and the Rising Dragon Empire (lead by Mikito Izumato) escape from their universe.

They decide to create and led much powerful nations than their weak leaders. Now it's up to Private C. Miller of the 1st Marine Division and his friends figure out what the Neo-Axis are going to do?
