Arata Katsumi
Quirk: Absorption
Most well known as Crocotta. He's deadly. His quirk can absorb your quirk for his own use. But if he absorbs it for too long, he can completely drain your quirk, or worse, kill you. The only person he can't drain is his sister.

Arata Michi
Quirk: Amplification.
Most well known as Amp. She's just as deadly as her brother. Her quirk can amplify the strength of any one else, except for Crocotta. However, she can overload your quirk and cause you to spontaneously combust.

The Arata twins are a dangerous pair. Total opposites of each other and yet the same. Katsumi is sent by the LoV to infiltrate and destroy UA. Originally, there was already someone on the mission. Yamada Hizashi, more commonly known as the Voice hero Present Mic. But, he hasn't been doing his job, so Katsumi was sent to keep an eye on him. Follow Katsumi as he fights between his own morals and the orders from the League.
