Summary,

New york city has two side. Hamato ninjas protect New york city's first side and street punks protect New York city's second side. Hamato ninjas and street punks never across the border. Hamato ninjas except mikey hate street punks and Street punks hate hamato ninjas. Mikey doesn't know the street punks and street punks doesn't know Mikey.

He was out for a patrol by himself and he sees something happen in border. He saw the foot clan and he was spying them. He got in trouble. He had to fight and when he was about to get defeated, one punk save him but mikey don't know how his life will change.
