"Syd, I'm starting to rethink living a little." Tyler says looking at the motorbikes warily.

I would have said that too if I wasn't so determined to do this. The bikes looked like they had killed many people on their own. How would we be able to ride those things?

"Man up and stop being a wimp. We're going to check everything off that list if it's the last thing we do." Trevor tells him.

"You know Tyler's the sensible one. Let's go now before he manages to talk us out of it." I say grabbing hold of Trevor's hand, heading straight for the bikes.

Sydney, Tyler and Trevor are seniors in highschool. Staying clear from attention has always been their way of surviving the cruel and judgmental place until Sydney's brother tells her and her friends that it's time to live a little when they change schools.

The machine clicked off, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get it back on. I'm not like wonder woman, supergirl or catwoman. The only similarity we share is that we all have an extraordinary ability and are females. Many people would say having superpowers was a gift from god and the best thing that could ever happen to you. But not for me, being able to freeze time was more of a burden, because I couldn't control it and it had the worst timing to appear. I also didn't think about being a superhero and rescuing the world from the bad. The only thing I want is to be left alone and get over with my last year of high school.
