Reese Miles, a 19 year old high school graduate with a free spirit and an affinity for the moon.

Layla Harrington, a totally predictable 18 year old girl, who has a taste in life for all things sunny and warm.

Reese and Layla in most ways are quite opposite.

They don't know how to explain it, but it works. As it has for pretty well their entire childhood as best friends. Although opposites, they have many things in common, the most important being their shared love of a particular boyband.

As they exit high school, and are thrown into the clutches of the world, adulthood, and all it's big choices, they never expected their lives would come to a halt the night they entered a packed nightclub.
