What if when Izuku was a kid something huge happened. Something that seemed to pass by quickly to others but to him it stretched out for years and years? What if Izuku had a chance, one chance to be free? What if he wanted to be a hero? And he became a vigilante? What if he's able to trick Aizawa and Nezu (and the rest of the heroes?) What if he hid everything he knew and who he was? The LOV, AFO, UA, All Might, everyone is looking over one of his shoulders. How long can he shake them off for? At four years old, Izuku Yagi is diagnosed as quirkless while his twin sister Izumi has powerful telekinesis. It is also when he's four years old that his parents start to forget about him. But that won't stop him from achieving his dream of becoming a hero. Nothing will. Not being forgotten by his parents. Not being beat by his sister and childhood friend near daily. After all, All Might says that anyone can be a hero. "It's nice to have a dream, but keep it realistic." Abandoned once again, this time with his dream crushed, he takes his childhood friend's advice. 'Take a swan dive off the roof and pray for a quirk in your next life!' The only problem? All because of the misfortune brought upon him from being born a demigod with the fate of the world in his hands. As such he envied everyone with a better life them him. For example, his twin sister, Izumi Yagi. Everything and I mean everything he had ever wanted she had been given on a silver platter. She didn't know pain, she didn't struggle, she had a quirk. All she knew was a life filled with comfort and unconditional love while he experienced hell in every sense of the word. While she was trained as a hero he was trained as an assassin by the most wanted group in the world. She had everything Izuku ever and continues to desire. Except for her brainless mind. They say too much power makes you brainless, but Izuku would find out that it was only if you relied on it. He had soon found out he had power greater and more versatile than his sister. However, he knew he didn't need it. After all, with his mind, who needs the amount of power he wields. Some may say he is a genius, and he is, but who said even a genius didn't struggle for their position. Who said they didn't suffer the most? Who said they didn't struggle for the power...for the knowledge they wield? Whoever did is wrong, because those geniuses and their lives would drive the average being insane with grief, paranoia, or simply just insanity. This is the story of one such genius.

He had only just been born, only just existed, and that fact seemed to bother everyone, and clearly he was the one who paid the price, suffering every day of his miserable life. Until one day his father took his mother and Izuku to a basement to meet some "friends." Strange friends" in suits and ties who spoke very formally. Izuku didn't understand a thing. Until Hisashi left... That's when he understood everything: they were being sold. Sold to their own luck. Izuku endured horrors for the next years of his life, threatened, blackmailed, coerced, tortured... until, on a rooftop, he found a ray of light. Could he help him? Could he not treat him like a damn animal? Could he ever feel like a person in his miserable life? Is there be any hope for him?
