Keith stepped up to the glass door and pushed it forward, causing a little bell to ring throughout the store. And as if on cue, a cheery, heavily accented voice echoed through the noise of bird chirps and dog barks.

"I love you." He stammered, voice breaking between sobs. "I love you, Keith. So much." Keith's heart skipped a beat, or maybe blatantly stopped. He couldn't believe Lance had just said that -he pondered on the possibility of having misheard him- but his voice had sounded so honest and so painfully hurt, he knew there was no way Lance's words weren't true. The honesty dripping from his drunk-stained words left Keith breathless. He never thought he'd live to hear those words coming from Lance, he was certain he would never love him back, he thought he liked Kinkade, as much as it pissed him off the idea. But Lance was sitting next to him, in a desolated hallway in the middle of the night, as if they were just idle teenagers, his big ocean eyes looking at him with fear and so much pain, and he felt like the world had just stopped for them.Abgeschlossene Geschichte

"Hey, Keith? Are you done yet?" Lance asks from behind the door. "Can I come in?" "Yeah, I'm done changing." Out of curiosity, Keith looks over his shoulder of how Lance will enter his room. He nearly cried out at the impact. The Black Paladin dug his hands into the fabric of his shirt, pushing him harshly against the wall, "Where is Lance?!" Keith snarled. It really was remarkable how his eyes changed to resemble those of pure Galra. It would have scared him if his introduction to the guy hadn't been a gushing retelling of a 'bonding moment' between him and his brother. Alec merely rolled his eyes. "Haven't you been listening. I. Don't. Know. And to think Lance said you were smart." Keith was pratically growling as he pulled his arms off of his shirt. "I'll say this once. You will either help me find my brother and fix the mess you made or you will let me leave with that ship and stay the fuck away from him." In which Lance goes off on a solo mission without the others knowing only to be left behind when the team disappears and having to deal with the aftermath. (They do get reunited. In fact most of the time lance spends a part from them in shown in Lance's flashbacks leading up to their reuinion.)Abgeschlossene Geschichte

Room 1013
Keith was in and out of the hospital for all of his life. He often snuck out of his room to wander the halls in an attempt to stifle his boredom. When he was ten years old, he found a boy in a coma-and he happened to be around his age. He would often talk to him about his day and bring him toys. But one day, the boy was gone without a trace. Lance was nine years old when he was in a major car accident. His injuries were extensive and he was put into a medically-induced coma. When he woke up, he recovered fully and returned home. Seven years later, he suddenly remembers a certain voice that spoke to him while he was under.
