In an AU of the movies sometime between "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and "X-Men", Logan had met a woman and settled down. He had started a family with her, and attempted to out run his past. However, Stryker and the Weapon X program still want him back and will do anything to get him. The woman had died in giving birth to Logan's daughter, and to his dismay his child was riddled with childhood illnesses until one morning she miraculously gotten better as she reached puberty. It seemed that she was more like him than he thought...
Will they escape Weapon X's clutches? Or will they be on the run forever? Will Xavier and his team of X-Men step in and help them? Only time will tell...

It's been a year since Logan joined the X Men, some of his memories within his mind have been unlocked. The images inside his mind have lead him to Alkali Lake where he finds himself looking at an abandoned base. During this trip he saves a woman named Alejandra who was being chased by military vehicles for a reason she doesn't remember. Logan returns to Xavier's school for gifted youngsters with Alejandra the woman he saved. Charles Xavier helps her to unlock her memories and a heart shaped locket just happens to be hiding a secret key to her past but a rage inside her is triggered by one word. A word that takes over turning her against Logan the man who she was created to kill. 6 years into the future more of Alejandra's families past is revealed and her past connection to Logan. Their entangled past and returned memories only complicates their relationship. All matters aside Xavier offers Alejandra to join the X Men. The offer is tempting but she also has to consider the opportunity she has to reconnect with her family. Her choice will effect her future. But what will she choose?
