I have restarted this book. I wanted to make it easier to read and more enjoyable. I hope to make shorter chapters and update frequently. :) In the beginning Sylar has no name. No one cares. She's just another kid to fall into a system because she was an unwanted mess. A child that doesn't talk? Yea, no one care about that either. A shady group home filled with bullies and secrets? Yea, you guessed NO ONE CARES! To find friends in a place like this is unlikely. This place is built to feed off the fears of kids and their lack of parental role models. No one holds on to dreams for long in a place like this. You get placed here and you are as good as forgotten. Except when a couple shows up looking as out of place as an astronaut in a gold mine or a miner in space whichever one you prefer. This couple comes and shakes things up. Good or Bad has yet to be decided...only someone's bound to get hurt, someone's bound to be broken. The only question is will the wounds heal or fester and kill?Complete

Note: I don't believe you need to read the first book but I think it'd be more fun if you did. (The Bad Boy's Secret) This story may be triggering at some points. If you have any questions regarding that please don't hesitate to message me. When you're a loser and friendless nerd you stick to what you're supposed to do. You get good grades, deal with the bullying and attempt to forget the past. But there are things an everyday nerd, such as myself should clearly not do. One: Don't crush on the most popular girl in school. Two: Be sure not to get sidetracked in your studies by including yourself in electives and such. Three: Don't get superpowers. Now what to do when, possibly, you might have done all the following listed above? This wasn't like a test where I just knew the answer.
