Crashing of the waves, the horizon, sunlight against her skin and beers, those are the meaning of comfort, as what Melpomene believes. Fresh wounds, bloods on the lips and bruises all over her body, those are the meaning of life... the meaning of still breathing. Soothing smile of her mother, her embrace and her kisses, those are the meaning of happiness. But, there's only one description of mystery and afraid, and it was Shade. Her melancholic life became confusing and scary when she met him. She was afraid by the fact that Shade, could make her heart race and make her feel alive even without doing those things that she practically do just to prove she's still sane and alive. Shade made her feel different emotions that she couldn't name.
But.. she's aware of one thing, and that is something had changed to her vocabulary. Soft kisses by the shore, stealing glances through the door and sailing throughout the dawn, those are the new meaning of comfort and Shade is the combination of happiness, life and breathing.
