Rose Ann has taken up killing. Not because she wanted to but because she had to. If she didn't then her family would be killed. So in order to cope she changed her name to Bloody Ann. But of course killing comes with a price: you have to always stay in hiding, you must never stay in the same place for long, and you must always find your victims at night. She thought that if she followed those simple rules then their would be no way for the authorities to catch up with her.  And reason for that man to kill her family. But Rose had never counted on someone stealing one of her kills. Nor did she expect that person to be wearing a navy blue mask.
That's where it all began; where her life began to change, and Bloody Rose isn't sure if it's for better or for worse.

Eyeless Jack's girlfriend, Heather, went to MIT with Jack; studying to be an engineer while Jack was studying to be a doctor. Though, when she heard the news of kids being killed, their blood used for murals and then him not showing to class made her worry. After a few days, she started to hear rumors of a 'Bloody Painter' and went to search online, finding that the story was the same as her friend and made it her mission to contact him and figure out a way for her to help him. While the two had good intentions, some things should be left alone. Otherwise, things may not go exactly according to plan.
