I am a person with a very negative mindset. I think I suffer from depression, and I think I make it a lot worse than it needs to be. So I decided to spend the next 30 days improving my mental health and the pathways in which my brain is used to. While this is a personal journey, I thought maybe others might like to see it in order to do it themselves.
