It wasn't Lisanna, or anyone else that changed their opinion on the celestial mage. It was only themselves who did it. But Lucy dealt with the pain, continued everyday with the heartbreak she felt. 

Someone held out their hand, helping her off the ground from where she lay. Took her to a new life, a life where she is welcomed. One who doesn't look down on her like she is the dirt on the bottom of their shoes.
