This is the newly revamped version of my story 'The Fine Line,' rewritten because I've gotten better as a writer.
16 year old Fiona Kingsley lives in a world where magic is real. She sees Fae, Elves, Merpeople, the occasional miniature critter with wings smuggled in the subway, and more on a daily basis. One time when she tries to investigate magic and learn about it for herself, she meets a woman who helps her learn.
