Carly is a 13 year old going through a lot and her parents fighting isn't helping. Her dad is an alcoholic. Her mom is never home. And If she is, she's arguing with her dad. She wishes she could run away. She starts to have feelings for her best friend Liam. She falls into deep depression and starts to hurt herself. She starts seeing so many opportunities to end her life. But she stops herself knowing Liam will miss her.
Carly has 3 amazing friends that know everything. Ashley, lily and Sydney(syd). They support her through grade 8 and soon enough will be the hardest 4 years. High school.
This book tells you about a young girl and her life.
