The Capitol and President Snow may have been defeated, but it didn't stay that way for long. President Snow's granddaughter, Jezebel, became in charge after her grandfather's death. Her parents didn't survive the uprising. She remade the twelve districts, leaving thirteen to their own devices. The districts are more poverty ridden than before. She made the Hunger Games again so one boy and one girl from each of the twelve districts between the ages of 12 and 18 were chosen to fight to the death, with one person standing at the end.

Jark and his sister Stephanie are summonded to be in the 76th Hunger Games. He falls for Echo, a girl from another district who got a high score in training. But will she love him back? And only one can survive, so what will he do when his feelings for Echo grow even further? And if they both manage to be victors, doing the same stunt that Katniss and Peeta did in the 74th Hunger Games, how will they see each other again? And how will he get Stephanie to survive as well?

Jark's life is falling apart the moment his name gets called at the Reaping.

In this Hunger Games fan fiction, we follow the story of Grace Frost, a 16-year-old girl from District 12 who was reaped for the 76th Hunger Games. Grace is not particularly skilled in hunting or combat, but she has a likable personality that makes her popular among her peers. Before leaving for the games, Grace asks Katniss, the winner of the 74th Hunger Games, to take care of her daughter, Faith Anderson, in case she does not make it back. Katniss agrees to the request, knowing all too well the pain of losing loved ones in the games. The 76th Hunger Games are unique in that they are taking place during a time of increasing rebellion against the Capitol. As the games progress, Grace realizes that she has become a symbol of hope for the people, much like Katniss did in the previous games. She uses her popularity and charm to win the support of other tributes and the Capitol audience. Meanwhile, Katniss and other rebels are working behind the scenes to support Grace and use her as a symbol to rally more people to their cause. They know that the Capitol will do everything in their power to prevent a repeat of the 74th games, where a tribute from District 12 emerged victorious. As the games come to a close, Grace finds herself facing off against another tribute from District 12, a tribute who has been trained specifically to take her down. It's a tense and brutal battle, but in the end, Grace manages to emerge victorious, becoming the first tribute from District 12 to win the Hunger Games twice. However, the victory is bittersweet, as Grace is haunted by the deaths of her father and James Anderson, the father of her daughter, and she knows that the Capitol will not take her defiance lightly. With the help of Katniss and other rebels, Grace begins to plan her next moves, knowing that the fate of her daughter and the entire district is at stake.

Or will Scarlett always live in fear... if she survives? I'll explain more about the situation in the introduction, but basically, the new rulers of Panem decide to do a Capitol Games, where the children of the Capitol are tributes.
