For a long time as a child, Kota Izumi had hated the superhuman society and the heroes who protect it from villains. Now as a teenager, Kota has changed his perspective, and he strives to become an excellent hero like the one who saved him years prior. However, as Kota begins his high school career, he meets an unusual girl with a horn on her head, as well as a mysterious boy who will force Kota to overcome the tragedy of his parents' murder.
