Okami, a wolf princess who is treated like a monster by her own clan. Her uncle blames her for the death of his wife and father.
She is 12 and her younger 8 yaer old sister Naomi(who doesn't know their sisters) along with her 2 friends Koda and his twin brother Kaden are her students. They have a kakai genkai where they turn into hudge wolves and can summen the spirit of the ones that no longer live.
Her students try to help her but noticed that she is getting better on her own in the leaf. She seems happier here than with them, or could it be a serten red head from the hidden sand that is helping her.
During the chunin exam, Okami and her students go and meet the rookie 9 and the misturios sand siblings. She learns how to make friends, and she tries to make Gaara open up with the help of her master the nine tailed foxes son.
