"Well, you see, we aren't really taking you to a private school-" he started out cautiously.
I interrupted him, "What?!? Are you kidnapping me or something then?"
I heard him mutter something that sounded suspiciously like "That would have been our last resort."
I stared at him in shock, waiting for him to explain himself.
"Uhh, I'm not really supposed to be telling you this, but, uh, we're kindofagroupofassassins," he said in a rush.
At just eleven years old, Sam is forced to become a skilled assassin. She was given no room for argument- either obey her leader's orders or have the last sliver of her past obliterated before her very eyes.
Flash forward 6 years and you'll find a hardened, almost unrecognizable Sam- an assassin that has eleven lives under her belt. Her cold facade may not penetrate her heart, though. Just because she does her work doesn't mean she enjoys it. What will happen when she's sent to kill Justin Miller, who may become more than just another target.
