The world as Adam Hart knows it is crumbling around him. Food is scarce, and the supplies needed to survive are slowly waning. The streets are a dangerous place, crawling with infectious zombies and violent gangs guilty of crimes greater than he could ever imagine. News of a new, protected settlement is spreading, but in order to join, Adam and his friends must prove their worth.

They are soon faced with a life-changing decision. They must choose between struggling to survive the pandemic unaided, or risk their lives for the promise of safety. Whatever Adam decides, his life will never be the same again.
