"So," I try to strike a conversation. "Are you a 1st year here? I haven't seen you around the Freshman area."

"Wow, that's bold of you to assume. Well, I am kind of short for my age. I'm actually a second year for your information."

My stomach must have done 100 flips because now I feel terrible. I really shouldn't assume stuff like that, especially sense his now considered my senpai.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! I shouldn't have said that!" I start to apologize. 

"Haha, no your good, I get it a lot." He laughs.

We walk in silence for a minute or two before he starts to speak. "You know Y/N," he looks up into the star-filled sky.
"I have a feeling we're going to be good friends." He says as he gives me a big, warm smile.

"Me too!" I say a I return the smile.

Once she finds out about the volleyball club she remembers how much Kageyama loved volleyball and notices that there's an opportunity to join by becoming the assistant manager for when the 3rd year, Kiyoko Shimizu, graduates. Her friends notice her staring at the sign and get an idea to push her in the gym during a practice. That's when she saw him. She saw Kageyama. "KAGEYAMA?!" "(Y-Y/N)?!
