Everything seems perfectly normal. Nothing is strange about this circus but the ring master... he seems awfully familiar. Almost as if, he's the one you read about in the papers every morning. He's the one you need to worry about. Almost as if... he's not normal. Not in the slightest.All Rights Reserved

A Journey Back to Me: Learning to live with Borderline Personality Disorder is where Ringmaster and the circus performers take the audience on an adventure through mental illness. My book takes place at Planet Janet, a fantasy circus in which the Ringmaster interacts with each performance while interweaving my personal experiences of coping and living with the daily struggles of depression, rage, anxiety, panic attacks, and relationships. Each performer at the circus has a specific act that correlates with how I dealt with each situation.

But it's funny how a string of mysterious deaths can change the simply driven mindsets of people into that of a flurry of misguided gossip towards the fear and confusion. (will be working on fixing up grammatical and punctuation errors at some point but will be slow)

A young girl has issues with herself & contradicting thoughts about the people around her, resulting from negligence from her parents, which eventually leads her down the path of worldwind romance, narcissism, older men, tigers, the circus & an extreme personality disorder. All tragedies are concealed by her wonderful sense of humour. I kept telling them something was wrong. I kept saying that sleeping on my stomach didn't help with the swelling, and that knuckles on my forehead wouldn't slam words into my head. I told him that the pretty lights looked like festive nooses; they didn't make me feel any better. Most of all, I told him that I felt like I was a million different people. He said, "What do you think this is? Bittersweet Symphony?"
