After a deadly virus eliminates all the adults in the world and the children of years ten and under not survive on their own from conditions of air. It leaves groups of teenagers ages 11-18 left all over the world. Teenagers rule the world. Literally. The world turns to chaos and falls for them to roam free and do whatever they want. Party, get high, break laws, and even things as bad as murdering people.
