When Christian and Alissia go to there junior year in high school they think that they have found there one people to love.(separately) but one day they seem to not get over each other.Unlike some twins they mostly don't like the same thing or do most stuff together, but they came to the their senses and did most things together.

But with time they get out of their shells and she becomes the most popular girl in middle school and then onwards...but the boy still is the same loser like a nerd but he's the one who truly loves the girl while everyone else loves her to be with her, for her attention and "a piece of that cake" in their own words. But whenever she needs help or when she's wasted or drunk the nerdy childhood boy is the one who gets her home and takes care of her and she has never even uttered a word of thank you. She doesn't even know how he feels about the pretty girl...in high school and college she pretty much gets wasted but somehow ends up as a doctor...After so many years they meet again at one of their parent's events hosted by one of their parents...the boy has changed into a real gentleman...A successful businessman and he takes care of her the same way he always did since childhood....finally the pretty girl starts falling for him and a beautiful love story unfolds with a few rough edges...Concluída
