The Undercity, The complete opposite of the Upside City, was Truly a Dystopia, or so it looked.
There, Arthur and Bennett meet the Rulers of Mispair.

Will Bennett succumb to the mysterious woman who is part of the Rulers of Mispair?
Will the head Ruler of Mispair open up to Arthur?
Aside from that, will the two best friends be destroyed by the Government?
