The world of My Hero Academia will need to allow some room for the incoming class 1-A. Stuck in the shadow of the previous year's outstanding and exemplary-if a bit rowdy-Class with heroes like Deku and Bakugo leading the charge, causing class system reforms, The new class of 1-A will have to deal with the new Streamlined system of training heroes.

Among the class is a Dain, with a quirk that has earned him the title of Monster among peers and even family whenever he activates it. As such his control of the quirk is unstable at best, and at worst catastrophic. Arc, an Emitter who has been named the Living Lightning Storm constantly butts heads with Dain, always knowing the right buttons to push to get Dain to lose focus on keeping his ability under control. The rest of the class is in the crossfire between these two, with a few heavy hitters and genuine hearts inside.

But what happens when this class has to deal with the vigilante actions of the previous year's Class 1-A?
