Three years after his father published unOrdinary, 19 year old John decided to begin writing his own story. He called it Ordinary, and it was a tribute to the choices he wished he had made and the happy ending he wished he could have. Unfortunately, when you get expelled from two different schools and sent to the authorities twice, it's hard to foresee a happy ending for yourself, let alone create one. But luckily enough for him, everything John needs to build his own happy ending is now all in the same place, and it came in the form of all five former Royals in a boba shop that John happens to work at. Reconciliation, apologies, and forgiveness are hard enough, but they're even harder when nobody's truly in the right. ...But that's okay, because boba fixes everything, right? (Unless you're Arlo and you refuse to drink anything but coffee.)
