Hello darling it's your girl Cydkney Alloura Love and I'm here to give you the real spill on my life. It's not everyday you get to explore the life of a BLACK TRANS WOMAN. 
       Yes that's right... I'm TRANS but not TRANSLUCENT to the world I am subjected to live in, nor the environment my presence alone effects. Yet, that still doesn't stop this world from treating me, or the next girl like me like an object of lust.
       We are being slaughtered and carted away at an increasing rate each year, yet we live in a world where you can't be apart of a community you are. When will our rights be written? Maybe if this society was forced to take a step in our shoes as the Trans Community. Here's what I mean...All Rights Reserved

The Way Love Changes You; Book One: Love's Firsts by redisle_love

Love can feel empowering. Love can be deadly. It can be the greatest thing to ever happen. It can be the biggest mistake that can't be reversed. It can feel like a dream come true. It can feel like a nightmare that you can't wake up from. Love changes people in many ways, from mild to severe, whether it's beneficial or detrimental in anybody's life, no matter if you're lesbian, gay, straight, bisexual, pansexual, or a person who just loves people without a label. How does love change you? ******* It's like your basic high school love story, except it's with adults in their early-mid 20s, and they're either still in college or have graduated from college and have jobs. It's a modern slice of life narrative novel about lesbians trying to find true love or wanting to get back into the love game. Five of these lovely characters share their own little tales of how love changes them first go, or their first time in forever! Their perspectives on love as it takes effect either get sensual, dramatic, or to the extent of a slow burn, as they also deal with life's obstacles along the way and share a part in each other's stories. There are ups and downs as their own stories go along, and it all gets more suspenseful towards the end where problems unfortunately arise. Will things get better or worse from here for these lovestruck lesbians as the story goes on? Growing up is difficult. The body goes through changes. Hormones mess with you. Everyone gets bullied at one point by someone. For Zora, it was worse. Not only was she bullied at school, she was bullied at home, abused by her father. She was a disgrace in everyone's eyes. Constantly suffering, she needed something that would give her hope and make her feel good about herself. Though it caused her to be bullied even more, she didn't care. She would live her life out and proud as a woman, despite how everyone saw her as a man. Hope meant nothing to her until the day her father died, prompting her to move in with her mother and stepbrother in New York, away from her transphobic community in Georgia. But moving didn't mean everything would suddenly get better. Dealing with transphobic bullies and a stepbrother who doesn't understand who she is, Zora worried she'd always endure constant ridicule. But moving somewhere new could lead to better things, like an accepting mother, friends, and a boy who finds her to be the most beautiful girl alive. Change meant new things were going to come, and if the world wasn't going to change for her, she'd have to change it herself. Drew let's out a chuckle, "I'm not a murderer," Drew stops smiling for the first time and frowns, "I don't know what bullshit they've been feeding you amateurs about me but I'm not the bad guy," she shakes her head and huffs, "you are the bad guys, not me," "You expect me to believe that," Joel asks rhetorically. Drew smiles and shrugs, "no, but you have forty seven minutes left, I really don't want to kill you," "Then don't and let me bring you in," Drew let's out a laugh, "so they can torture me and lock me up in a metal cell where I'll live like an animal till I die?" "This is my case," "I know Joel, but they'll 'take it from here' the moment you bring me in and you'll never see me again," Joel frowns and realises Drew is right, they will take her away, "don't you deserve it?" Joel asks lifting her eyebrows. Drew smiles and nods slightly, "let's say I do; do you even know what I did?" Joel shakes her head. "What I did Joel; was find out I was the bad guy the whole time," Drew whispers harshly. Joel shakes her head, "you were helping people, bringing them in and..." "And what Joel? Killing them? Imprison them? What do you think they do with all those weapons?" Drew shakes her head, "I won't allow you to take this one; I can't, and I'll kill you if I have to," Joel sighs, "I really can't just abort the mission without a reason," Drew points at the bracelet on her wrist, "break that, they'll be here in ten minutes and you'll have an excuse to aborting the mission," Joel frowns, "a false alarm?" "No, you've been shot," just then Drew pulls the trigger hitting Joel in her chest missing her heart only by inches.
