In this story, we follow our main character Alex, a slightly-closeted enby who lives in Gladwin Michigan and feels alone in their small town. On a day just like any other, they go down to an abandoned tunnel to write, draw, or do whatever. (an uncommon occurrence for them seeming as they don't have many friends to talk to.) But this particular day they find something different, or shall I say, 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦. And are they 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 different? Will destiny pull them together, or tear them apart?

Throughout the story, there is an evolution in regard to the pronouns used to refer to the main character that I hope people don't perceive as offensive. This fanfiction tells my story, the way I experienced gender dysphoria which is much diminished in comparison to others on the same spectrum.
