ok so basically I get the occasional epsiode of insomnia and my brain is funny kinda stupid when I'm tired so I thought "hey, let's do something with this"
so every time I get an epsiode, I will attempt to summarise a film or tv plot while I live in wait for sleep to kick in.

I want to start by saying I am no Psychologist, nor do I specialize in any sort of study of the mind.
