Mythical and Legendary Pokemon Meets Team Prime

All humans and Pokemon we're having a great time for ages, until one day, a portal came out of nowhere, tried to suck everything until Legendary and Mythical Pokemon came to stop it, but nothing is working until they been pulled in and brought to the different world.

They are scared that they wouldn't find their way back, so they hid from humans until they met the first human's girl they trust her is Miko, and then she introduced the Autobots and Decepticons.

And they will try everything to bring them home.
