Dimension Breach - A Fortnite Story #3
The sequel to 'The Light and The Dark'. --- Ghost v Shadow war: Over Galactus: Defeated With the island merely being saved from destruction twice over, you'd think things would've finally started settling down. Well, you'd be wrong. The Zero Point is exposed and destabilising, fast and it's up to a man named John Jones to fix it. To help him along the way, he's been gathering the greatest bounty hunters across different realities including a Mandolorian, a shape-shifting warrior and an undefeated gladiator. And as well as them, a group named the Imagined Order, also known simply as I.O, have invaded the island, hellbent on making sure not a single person escapes the loop. Having just recovered from Galactus and reality nearly ending, Midas, Jules, Sophie and newcomer from another dimension Marigold set out to discover what on earth is happening across the island before it can happen again. And Midas, with John Jones' surprisingly helpful information, may finally figure out where exactly his young friend truly comes from. And convince the I.O agent that maybe the island isn't as bad as Slone says it is. But the real question is... With the world destabilising can Midas and the others, as well as John Jones himself, survive the wrath of the Imagined Order and their dreaded boss, Dr Slone? Or will they die trying?Kumpleto
Midas' Destiny (Original Version)
"He's still in there", Maya heard Arachne whisper, and she closed her eyes, letting her own tears flow. He hadn't given up his fight with himself and she swore to find him, no matter the price. She sat in his chair, her heart once again pounding. "Why the long face, it worked, didn't it?", Tina asked and to Maya it felt like that was thousands of kilometers away. "His eye", she whispered more to herself, "it's not blue anymore... it's even more gold than before..." She was able to wake him from his trance, but he might be even more gone than before. _______ While this story and the characters are inspired by Fortnite, you as a reader do not need to play the game to understand the story. More Than What He Seems - A Fortnite Story #1
- This story takes place after the events of Season 2, and before Season 4, except this time, Midas isn't "killed off" by a shark.- With his device broken, his plans in shambles and agents turned against him or captured, the ex-leader of the now destroyed Agency, Midas, seems lost... quite literally as he's left to float away on a raft alone... ...or so he thinks. A young child with a close bond with one of Midas' top agents rescues him from certain death, and is determined to become an agent, just like him and Skye. Along the way, parts of Midas' softer side begin to come out through the girl's kindness and compassion. But will it become an issue or distraction in the future? Forming an unlikely bond, it'll be up to them, the other remaining Ghost members and a certain someone from Midas' past to reunite and take back the Agency from Chaos Agent's Shadow. *I don't own any of the art or renders shown in here unless said.
