After 18 year old Nicholas Raven Spark attempts suicide twice, only to fail both times, he is finally brought to a special therapy institute. Or as Nicholas like to call it 'The School for the Mentally Fucked'.
At first the only comfort he finds is in exchanging letters with his only friend - and his former bully - Lance, who acts like the brother he never had.
Becoming Raven, he tries to escape from his dark past while keeping to himself and not letting anyone in to help him. But maybe that's what he needs to escape his past. To move on and find a purpose in his life. The life he wished not to be saved.

New friends enter the equation and soon tensions are rising and romances brewing. But they know so little about Raven and his past, so can their attempts at helping him out of his shell really succeed?
Can Raven escape the depression clouding his mind and find something to live for? Or will he finally end his own story forever?
