Kacey Watson is a girl who's gone through the tragic loss of her mother. A year after her mother's death her father re-marries to a woman named Vickie, who is truly a monster to her. Feeling betrayed by her father, Kacey goes through life pretending that nothing's wrong. She refuses to trust anyone even her closest friends.
