The Cousins family have moved out of East Rutherford New Jersey to Atlanta Georgia to start a new life. Brothers Jordan and Gary, did not want to leave everything behind. The move to a brand new neighborhood that the family moved into. "This is a very nice place for you two to make new friends. The people are friendly here too!" There mom said.

After they meet the new neighbors and the brothers find kids around there age group, things turn out to be...well...not so bad. Not exactly. Cory, Conner and Lucy are sadistic children that the Cousins brothers had no clue about. Now they have a reason to get out of the neighborhood.
