The two are opposites but still,  somehow found a way to each other, everything seems to be going well, married at 26 happy in their relationship and brilliant at work so what is wrong ? What would the story be about?

Well when Joseph suddenly starts getting headaches hallucinations and heart palpitations he thinks none of it, stress, exhaustion, bad nutrition but no one expected the news he would get instead.
