Chapter 1 Part 1 It all started with a wallet. The blue suited man sat in the little, boutique cafe, watching the torrents of rain race down the window. Suddenly his phone beeped in his pocket. Reaching for it almost greedily he flicked it on, to see the text. Grinning to himself he sprang up from the wooden chair, slapping down a couple of bank notes on the table, next to his untouched tea cup . Pulling on the soggy grey trench coat , that hung from the metal coat holder. He sauntered out of the shop. The man was met by a face full of freezing rain and howling wind. Tugging up the iron coloured collar of his coat he sighed. Damn British weather he thought bitterly ,blowing his stiff fingers before stuffing them back in his pockets. He wandered on for a few minutes. The sounds of sirens blaring and people talking, stung his ears. It didn't matter though because soon he'd be away from it all and there would be quiet at last.

I'm way too tired for this. My bones cracked as I ran breathlessly. I ran and ran for my life. I turned and jumped upon heavy thick roofs. Each time my shoes collided with the grey tiles, they shook under my force. "Where am I?" I sucked in air harshly. I flashed my eyes around and nod. A hospital. I crept through a secured roof passage as I saw silent blurs fade into appearance. Slowly. they crept. Quietly they were gaining. I turned my head as I twisted and maneuvered past various of lengthy deep hall ways. More than three dozens E.L.V.E.S glided in my direction. I cursed under my breath as my heart sped so fast I could hear it's pain. They were too close, d*mn it! Instantly, footsteps came speeding down the halls like tapping raindrops in unison. They caught up. Everyone froze.
