Tears rolled down my face as we hold each other in our arms for what could be the last time. A soft breeze blows through the trees making the branches sway,waving us goodbye. I know that this is the last time we will come here to our spot. The last time we will see the sunset reflect sparkling pattens off the river. I try to take it all in and memorise everything so i will never forget. I never want to forget this moment.

"I wanted to save you" I whisper in her ear "to be your hero, your knight in shining armour and give you your happily ever after. I've never met anybody that deserve that more than you. I'm sorry I couldn't give you that. I would give anything to save you"

she looks up at me with her beautiful emerald eyes that are glazed over from tears. A small smile forms on her lips as she softly replies

" you already did save me. Your my superhero"
