Triple Positive

ONE-HUNDRED YEARS after the second Asian-American Dominative War destroyed three-fourths of the world's population, the country of Hartilassa emerged from the remains of the greatest war in all history. The country has been governed by the Triangle where the division coronels represent to create the Octagon.
For every decade, a wide examination called "Sifting" is being held through the entire population by taking up samples of their blood to determine their capacities according to their positive levels. Every decade the triple positives are on the screen to battle with the others alike-- FOR UNITY AND ONE PURPOSE.
