This book is designed to help people who are being bullied, feel depressed or suicidal. The first chapter will tell you all of the members who are able to access the account, and who will gladly help you or talk to you when you need it most.
There will also be tips, and things in here to help you deal with bullies or being bullied. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact one of the team. We all hope that this will help people in need, and to even save lives.

There is this girl called Dakota and she is pretty shy. She is what you call the typical quite girl. Most people say that she is mute because of her lack of speaking but that isn't true. She does speak a lot but only in front her own family members. Dakota has her problems that keeps her from speaking up against the school bully, Kristina. She is so perfect but she ruins it by bulling Dakota. She beats all the emotions out of her whether it be physically or mentally or even both. These things continue to happen and Dakota starts to get desperate and does something that will change the course of her life.
